I have seen in Forums, Articles Directories and Blogs commentaries and reflections about personal growth, or how the entrepreneur get enthusiasm, and it keep to firm its initial intention to pursue its dreams.

To be enthusiasm in every day, surpassing the sadness, defeats and loss of heart is really a personal ability and it is not easy to do that. It will be good if it would be enough to press a button and immediately, we could enter in an enthusiasm state.

But the things are not thus, are not that truth? The fact is: our projects, to have success, depend on our persistence and enterprise ability.

My personal reply for these moments of low energy it is to hear music, to read poetries, literature and others. And one of that music that I like very much is My Way, Co-written by Paul Anka & Frank Sinatra.

I read, recently, new post of a friend, Jeff Casmer, where he comments that the quarrels in the warrior forum, referring to the Plug in profit site, are dying.

It is clearly that they are not dying, but he in the truth was in provoking us to make some evaluations on our work.

Yes, hour to stop and to rethink what we are making. Good for the online businesses and good also for the personal growth.

Below my commentary that I left at the warrior forum:

My opinion: success brings motivation.

I completed one year as pips member last 7 sept. No results and a lot of works.

However, I didn’t stop to do what I learned and decided it is better to me: to blog. If I go to university to study Internet Marketing it will during 4 years maybe to finish the course and start a job opportunity, what is different from online opportunity.

Well, through this last year I considered I learned o lot of important thing about Internet marketing. It was not enough to bring me money. But isn’t that, the learning, my success? I think so.

But now I have to decide to be continue or not.

Everyday I come here this forum and see it is a good forum for whom is starting a new business. I look for more information to know: what am I doing wrong? Sometimes I found it here, I think. But it isn’t enough.

Anyway, it is time to think, to evaluate strategies and to take decisions. It is what is happening to me.

We go to assume that you, reader, it is inhaled, or exactly motivated to start a new enterprise. Perhaps it is because you want a little more than rhythm and dynamics in your life, or perhaps it is because you need to make an extra income.

It does not matter the reason. The fact is that you go to start one online business. Very good! What I have to say is: congratulations! I also develop an online business. Online business is given credit that in next decade 75% to the Americans, they will go to be of some form, involved in businesses.

But have you asked yourself what do you intend to sell or how to work at home online already? It will be a product, or service? Who will be your customers? Have you made any study of market already? Have you searched about online businesses?

These investigations are not for discouraging you. This is not my intention. In contrast, they are necessary to balance our excess of enthusiasm when we see the light in the end of the tunnel, or in the next click, without much reason and with an extraordinary passion.

Yes, it is truth. All dreams are born based in much passion. It is not badly. All businesses beginning needs very subjective combustible. And to dream and to be gotten passionate for the new enterprise it is extremely important.

Therefore, you consider these questions above not as a red signal, but as a yellow signal, alerting it regarding the next steps. Finally, what I have to say is good luck and good work!
